This probably means they don't care about crash reports and no one would look at it anyway if you sent it.

Not sure why your game client crashed, but this worked for me:
Set MWO game client to [Full_Window] by:
[Settings]>>[Video]>>[Window_Mode]>>[Full_Window]>>[Save]
My MWO game client crashed a few times before I knew this tip,
and after implementing this setting, no such crashes at all for the past few months!
