The (Loyalty) Annual Rewards Programme usually ends around USA Thanksgiving each year, and you have 3-4 weeks advance notice to achieve this by.
eg: For Nov 2020 (Loyalty) Annual Rewards Programme, any qualifying purchase made Dec 2019 to Nov 2020 would count.
Judging by the fact that this (Loyalty) Annual Rewards Programme for years, the next one *might* be in November 2021 Thanksgiving. (I'm just guessing, as a MWO player).
You have a choice of Hero mechs, or Loyalty mechs.
IS Rifleman with RAC + JumpJets! RFL-8D(L)
Clan Linebacker with JumpJets! LBK-H(L)
etc.

I assume so, further assuming the game is still up in running that is. Oh wait...PGI is promising new content in Q3 and Q4. If their past use of the words "new content" is a guide, then a 2021 loyalty program could very well be part of that promissed new content.

in retrospect my past buying mechs to get loyalty rewards had always been something i regretted shortly after getting said loyalty mechs. i end up with a lot of terrible mechs with awesome paint jobs. now its the same thing but with hero mechs, which are for the most part, bad mechs with a good paint job, with a few standouts.

These days we don't get brand new loyalty variants, but instead you get a pick from loyalty mechs awarded in previous years or hero mechs. MC reward is a light mech, the first tier for each faction is a Medium, the Top Tier for each faction is a Heavy and the ultimate reward is an Assault.
Upside: now you can catch up on loyalty mechs you've missed such as the Norn set (Atlas, Centurion, King Crab)

I'm confused i'm still not seeing any Loyalty stuff for this year yet. I sadly wasn't playing last year so i missed 2020 loyalty.

Here is the link for the 2020 Annual (Loyalty) Rewards Program details for your reference for this year's timing.
http://mwomercs.com/...rewards-program
ie:
a) 20th-Oct-2020: Annual (Loyalty) Rewards Program announced
b ) Any qualifying purchase between 19th-Nov-2019 to 24-Nov-2020 would count towards program award(s).
Yes, that means it's retroactive for almost a year.
c) Therefore for this year's probable 2021 Annual (Loyalty) Rewards Program, assuming that there (likely) would be one this year:
~2021 Annual (Loyalty) Rewards Program might be announced end-October-2021
~it's safer to say that any qualifying purchase made from Dec 2020 until ~Thanksgiving-2021 [~Nov-2021] might qualify for the loyalty rewards.
That's my own educated guess, as a fellow avid MWO player.

The loyalty program has followed the same pattern for past few years, but I would not be surprised if this year we see an additional category for the booster packs (Stryker and whatever else they put out during the year)
