Not sure why you assume noone else knows how to play those than you? And not to be total **** but again your stats don't really show that you are very good at them.
LRMs work well on any map if opponent isn't very good and doesn't use cover, on some maps cover is that good and plenty that good players just do not let you with them with LRM or if they do they return their own alpha to your face and win that trade.

I drink how many times do I have to beat that dead horse. So what do you do if enemy is getting close? If you are so great with them what do you do?

Okay, first off, they shouldn't have. If a lurmer is getting invaded within it's uncomfortable zone, there's either a positioning issue, or someone outflanked you -- and it's really more of operator error these days. There is also the issue of LRM boats lurming from the background and getting separated from the team, don't do that. It's not necessarily positioning error, but it's making yourself more vulnerable to enemy lights swarming you.

And then the builds, only jokers bring LRMs without direct fire backups, even just ERSLs can make you less of a burden to your team. But the best way to use an LRM is to augment the basic laser vomit with it, personally I use 2x LRM20A + 6x ERML on a Timber Wolf, and with a considerable chunk of my investment going to Lasers, I am forced to get my own locks as a result and barely rely on IDF.

If you are playing solo, play fast enough mech that most mechs can't get too close too fast. Stay close to friendlies and try to keep some of them between you and enemy IF enemy is starting to get too close to your comfort.
Personally if I play soloQ LRM mech it's trebuchet-7M

I don't know what to tell you, it's NOT a good scenario for you. The only real course of action is to NOT GET closed-in in the first place.

Dakka Mid-Rangers that get within 180m will still have better damage output than you, Brawlers that have an active interest in getting with 180m will obliterate you. Leg-Chomping lights will eat your legs, outflanking lights will be a nuisance and a massive damage that will stack up if you simply ignored them.

There isn't a lot you can do that is in your favor, other than running and hoping you can get assisted by your team. You can't just stand your ground, you ain't built against for that.

DUH that's the point how you deal with less then idea is skill. SO what do you do? How do you turn the lemons in to 4 a course meal?

How many times do we have to get with this? Why can't you get this?

Chances are you don't, you can't just stand your ground, you retreat. There isn't a lot of skill that can compensate versus a properly kitted out specialist, on a LRM user that can't even use half or even it's full investment of weapons.

Skill in this case is thinking ahead, and juking. Little of that will go into aiming skill.

LMAO I will just tell you you start backing up LMAO can't even get that you start halling *** backwards. Yea you guys know how to play them. If enemy is getting close to BACK UP man you guys are clueless on this weapon system

Are you kidding me right? Nevermind that's basically "retreat" like what we have been saying that will buy you only a few seconds, the forward speed of a mech would most likely out pace your rearward speed, as in they will eventually catch up.

The Sun-Spider having 54 KPH with rearward speed will still be overcome by the forward speed of 81 KPH which is common for heavies mediums, 98 KPH common with mediums and lights, even 130+ with most leg-chompers. "Back up" is your "Common-sense Silver Bullet"?

Maybe you mean something like a Trebuchet that has 70 KPH rearward speed, well 81 KPH mechs and faster mechs can still catch up to you.

Likewise that assumes only at the front direction of the LRM user, what about the side or rear? You know, since the enemy getting close is likely not doing it in front of you, but inching along cover after cover. Back up? Okay, what about multiple mechs that can outflank you on different directions? Just still back up?

It HUGELY important with LRMs you always have to be aware of spacing with them. You keep proving you don't know what you are talking about. And you want to be as close as you can so they can't run to cover
