Not sure if this is as intended, or a bug:

+5% CBills Bonus "Mag Pouch" hanging item can be equipped on both Clan mechs and IS mechs.

For example, I could equip my "Mag Pouch" onto my BAS-A and NTG-JK which are both Clan mechs!

The "Mag Pouch" items can also be equipped onto IS mechs as well obviously.

Cockpit items aren't restricted by faction...

The 5%-bonus items that existed before the stryker pack are limited to either Clan or IS.
