I cannot enter academy sense I remapped arm lock need to fix.

1. I guess that this is your problem, right?



2. Click "Settings".



3. Click "Keyboard".

4. Click in the empty section for "Arms lock" keyboard shortcut.



5. Enter some unused letter.

6. Click "Save".

That should be all.

Then after you finish up, you can change Arm Lock back to Toggle Arm Lock. It boggles my mind that Toggle Arm Lock is not the default selection, especially in a game where a Hotas setup is not part of the primary gaming set.

I think that is is an one-off problem. I guess that after new players go through the Academy, they simply jump into the Quick Play and never return to the Academy again.

Well, some of us keep re-doing the Academy so we don't suck quite so badly when we actually play a match.

Okay, it is free, so return to the Academy as often as you wish.

Well the wave programm is actually good to gouge out hotter mechs to get a decend firing rythm.
The gauntlet is quite good for learning moving and firing...especially with slower ACs and Gauss.
