Hey Guys,

What am I missing? I am just a casual player so forgive my ignorance but I do not have Clan SRM 6 nor can I buy them for the "Guiding Light" event: Earn 1000 Damage with Clan SRM 6. I tried the ones with Atr and Streaks but did not get credit. I used them on a Shadow Cat.

Use normal SRM6. Take off Artemis.

Well... you're not the only one...

Even a handful of PSR T1 folks got hit with this "gotcha" when the event first started...

(Anyways, your Artemis-SRM damage would still count towards general missile damage...)

Hello!

Take the Trial Jenner IIC. It is free to use and it runs plain Clan SRM-6s.

Ditto Trial Commando for IS SRM-4s.

Or remove Artemis IV from your 'Mechs. It would cost you some C-Bills, but you earn more than enough thanks the Premium Time.

Thanks. Was able to disable the Artemis in my Shadow Cat. But yeah, I guess I could have done the Trials to save money. But something about sitting in your own ride while you grind these out.

Many players are so accustomed to using their own 'Mechs that they forget that Trial 'Mechs exist.
