Does anyone know when loyalty rewards usually drop? i'm under the impression that it's august/sept.

Yup... At this time, 'Damien Tokala' is about 1.5 Months too early on asking about it. All we can and should do is wait quietly in the line for previews.

Yep, everyone's spot on regarding past Annual Rewards (Loyalty) Program.

If you're avid enough to study these above links, here's my own specuation:

Maybe there will be a new requirement for buying at least one Stryker/Warden Booster Pack.

Personally I'm guessing/hoping for a new Loyalty mech this year. Grand Dragon 7K, anyone?

People are still buying junk so i guess it makes sense to have loyalty.
