Assuming that PGI's next step is to have Elemental bolt-ons added to the rest of the Timber Wolf and Dire Wolf, what is the next OmniMech in each weight class should have Elementals riding on its hull?

If only you had an "All Of The Above" Option for someone to Vote with... Heck, this Vote should go way beyond OmniMechs in its' scope. -_-

If I remember correctly, below Warden Preview Talk briefly mentioned about Elemental Bolt-On for other mechs:

http://mwomercs.com/...er-pack-preview

==>MWO staff said that they can consider Elemental Bolt-On for other mechs, as long as it does not take away the special [or privilege/extraordinary] natureof Elemental Bolt-On from the Warden Booster Pack. ie: The Warden Booster Pack's Elemental Bolt-On must be more attractive to buy with real life cash.

Under this structure, Elemental Bolt-On for other mechs may be entertained.

I did not watch the video. Did they say that they will not eventually have Elementals on the non-Warden Timber Wolf and Dire Wolf? Because it would be really unfortunate if they did not, and a little bit upsetting since I bought the pack thinking that at time of release they would be unlocked for all variants. When they were not unlocked on all variants I assumed that it was a temporary thing.

Any ways, I could not find how much MC costs (I am not able to get in the game) but I guess the Elementals could be 1000 MC per location and I think 4000 MC total is more than $20. Also, they could make non-Warden Elemental two colored rather than the 3 that they have now to distinguish.

Alternatively, have every OmniMechs released as a part of one of these two packs. Pick two Smoke Jaguar 'Mechs and call it "Crusader Pack." Pick the Summoner and Kit Fox for Jade Falcon and call it "Talon." Viper and Mad Dog for Ghost Bear, and call it "Claw." And so on.

Personally, I have never understood the need for prestige aspect of cosmetics. It would be nice if buying something like my Jade Kite unlocked the paint job on other Night Gyrs, for example. But I know I am in the minority on that.

Edit:
I found the MC prices. If Elementals were set at 1000 MC per location it would, in fact, mean that a full compliment of Elementals would cost more than $20. So yes, buying the Warden Pack would be much better buy than buying Elemental bolt-ons individually. However, it would allow someone to buy 1 Elemental for their 'Mech if they want a little buddy riding on their shoulder -- the X-Men fan in me likes the idea of a Shadow Cat with a little purple Elemental on its shoulder -- or something similar. Also, if I wanted all my Timber Wolves to have Elementals I could buy more without having half a dozen TBR-BH(S) and DWF-C(S) sitting in my stable.

Back of envelope MC breakdown of Warden Pack:
DWF-C approx. 7,603
DWF-C(S) approx. 7,603
TBR-BH approx. 6,381
TBR-BH (S) approx. 6,381

Total for all 4 'Mechs alone is 27,968 MC. That's over $100 worth of MC not including the extras and bolt-ons. So from a consumer point view, yeah, I would totally pay $20 for 'Mech Packs that gave me Elementals for my Summoners, Night Gyrs, Stormcrows, Black Lanners, and Kit Foxes.

Assuming that PGI only has a finite amount of resources to put towards a project like this, I was curious what fans wanted to see the focus go. Obviously if given the choice "All of the above" would be the top choice, because why not have Elementals on all the OmniMechs?

Also, in BattleTech Lore, Elementals can only right into battle on the outside of OmniMechs. I know MWO does not stick too closely to Lore, but because time and resources are limited I figured OmniMechs would be a good place to focus then move out from there. For example, it would be really cool to repose the Elementals on BattleMechs to look like they are attacking rather than riding

If you have not seen it yet, the positioning PGI put the Elementals in looks great. They have one on the front and rear right and left torsos, and one riding on top that could scurry to the rear center torso, similar to as how its described in the table top rules.

I would love to see Salamanders clinging to my Timber Wolf. Those guys are a favorite of mine.

Oh, believe me I already have the Warden Pack. This picture shows the various types of Battle Armor that PGI could make for IS and Clan Mechs.
