Hi, trying to come back to the game and as i tweak things out i realized that my cpu and gpu arent being used.
Anyone else getting this?
Also, i can't switch the game to another monitor using shift+winkey+arrow and if i windowed the game and manualy change monitor and make it fullscreen, it goes back to the other monitor. I have to make it Full Windowed to have it on my bigscreen.

Full windowed is the recommended mode anyway, because it's more stable. As for tweaks, try https://mwomercs.com...e-and-usercfg/; the author, MrVaad has deep insight in the config and is usually very responsive if asked nicely.

U are single core limited. Mwo dont care about your core count or gpu. Only single core speed, single core speed, single core speed.
