In the testing ground, the "fools warhorn" works.
In the game (QP, FP), the "fools warhorn" does not work.

Is it just me such a bug? Can anyone check with themselves and confirm?

Fools warhorn activates when YOU die, not when you kill an enemy.

I can't begin to tell you how satisfying it is that this little prank item I made is still delivering. And yes, it's working as intended, going off when you die instead of when you get a kill.
