So apparently, PGI isn't using the space in the 4P's hunch efficiently that you can add two more laser lenses there. But that being said, how broken it would be if you can have 8 on the left-torso? What if it was 11 on account of three more energy below?

Hunchbacks also were limited in having only standard engines, compare this with bushwhacker who is a clan-based IS mech who is developed at the time the use of light engine and XL engine. The Clan mechs do have these limitations who was mostly common for IS mechs than clan mechs. Then it's about if the hunchback is a star league or not as those were able to remodify the engine while most other mechs had the engine built into the frame. The reason why we don't see hunchbacks with 20 small Lasers since that can be replaced with 20 medium lasers.
