After Gitfting Mc, Friend Did Not Receive Urbanmech

It's been my understanding that, as long as you purchased MC or a 'mech pack as a gift for a friend before 10PM yesterday, the person who redeems the gift is eligible for the Urbie (L). After purchasing at about 8PM (At least an hour before the deadline in either time-zone), my friend still has not received his UM-R80 (L).. He goes by "Tainted Bacon" on MWO. I purchased the MC for him so that he'd be elligible (According to this website) for the Urbie. He redeemed it immediately, and has still not received his Urbie. It was not 10PM yet when the purchase was made (Still had a couple of hours)

Yeah, I feel your pain, having bought the MC bundle, and redeemed before the deadline, and no Loyalty Mech!

Pretty certain the gift code needed to be redeemed before the cut off date/time.

Contact support, But basically if he claimed the MC reward after the cut off time it now will be set up to qualify for next years loyalty. I dunno if support will inject the mech or not but it can't hurt to ask.

He will have to contact them with his account and they can trace the issue.
