If I want to reinstall the game on another computer I wonder

- what files or directories may I keep and move if any?
- could my mechs and loadouts moved directly or those are stored online?
- how long may I be away before my account get anything?

Lately I have more and more troubles with MWO because "unexpected error occured". Since last time MWO killed almost my OS with it's strange error I decided I may drop it onto another PC what have better hardware (more stable build, not a PhotoShop\TerraGen oriented but game-oriented build)...

Are you using Steam, or just the stand-alone MWO installation?
It makes a difference in migration route...

Your saved mechs are in folder, so, you do not have to lose them.

Users\(your name of computer)\Saved Games\MechWarrior Online\MechLoadouts

[Disclaimer: I'm using Steam, so MWO'er doing standalone MWO install please correct me if I'm wrong...]

MWO Client + Windows 10 Installation (NOT Steam):
Find your custom settings here:
C:\users\USERNAME\saved games\Mechwarrior Online\profiles

ActionMaps.xml ==> holds your custom keybinds

Weapongroups.xml ==> holds your weapon group bindings

Attributes.xml ==> holds your game settings

You can also copy the *entire* folder to your new computer and all your settings would be there.
In \logs you can also find useful information in case you're experiencing game crashing issues.
The folder also holds your saved mech layout and skill tree builds, in the [MechLoadouts] and [MechSkillTrees] folders respectively.
