So i want to get my son a Mech but he doesn't have enough C-Bills but i do and i want to buy him the Mech with my earned C-Bills how do i do this?

Unfortunately one cannot gift a friend with a CBills mech.

You can only gift a premium mech package bought with real world cash, for anyting in the Gift Store here:

If you do opt for gifting a mech pack, the Solaris 7 pack is insane bang for your buck. Seven hero mechs, cockpit doo-dads, a month of premium time... Good stuff. Especially as most of those mechs are really solid.
