At the start you did not talk about Clan 'Mechs, but about all MWO 'Mechs. See your own original post:

When asked, you moved goalposts just to Clan OmniMechs. And even then you are coming with all kinds of talk, so you do not have to admit that every Clan 'Mech in MWO (no matter if BattleMech or OmniMech) can carry AMS, if its owner desires.

When you say "its a fact", it is actually just your opinion.

Interesting. And why do you think that Cauldron members are not good?

I never said they aren't good i said they don't like people knowing things are bad because they enjoy using them.. like lurm boats and light mechs.. Just look at how over powered both of those things have become since the cauldron took over.

Why do you think Assaults and AMS keep taking hits to promote their Bias for what they enjoy.. Give players power and they will abuse it.

I wonder if you ever admit that all MWO 'Mechs can carry at least one AMS (with the exception of that one Cicada that I listed) ...

What? Are you trying to tell us that Cauldron members love running LRM boats and light 'Mechs and so they what .... ?

What are you talking about?

Light 'Mechs were the weakest class long before Cauldron gained their influence. And as for LRMs, the time when they were overpowered is history.

"Assaults taking hits"? You are not right. Assault 'Mechs have had their agility improved, not nerfed.

As for "AMS taking hits", what are you talking about?

A friendly reminder: This thread is about the performance of AMS, not lights, not assaults, not LRMs.
Please keep it that way.

They are crap, they mitigate very little these days, its why so many want lurm boat nerfs..

That is not actually correct. AMS is very good.

We've actually tested AMS as part of Cauldron for balance and 5/10/15 LRM launchers are almost hard countered by 3 AMS+. LRM20 not so much and cLRMs take a even larger hit as do ATMs. Small missile launchers are very overly impacted.

AMS is a little unbalanced as in 3-4 AMS for 6-7T can passively and heavily neutralise 30T of weapons

The LRM nerfs come in terms of velocity to allow players time to attain cover, not because they are overpowered against AMS.

When making claims or statements either provide proof (which you have failed to do 100% of the time) or at least properly test it yourself so as to avoid posting this type of incorrect information.

They're not crap; they work really well. Some players just don't want to invest in them. If a 12-players team had 1 AMS per mech (12 total), it is extremely effective. Alas, many players just want to maximize their damage output. It is truly not difficult to fit an AMS into any mech (save the X-5). I do it for every mech; usually Laser AMS so I don't worry about ammo explosion (unless I have extra slots to spare for C.A.S.E).

One game patch has changed the properties of the AMS ammo. It can not explode, so you can revise your loadouts.

Essentially, either you can keep LAMS or you can keep AMS, remove C.A.S.E. and use that saved slot for something else.

Yeah, I recently made the suggestion that they should add a tool tip to that effect. Because unless you read the patch notes, you’d never know.

aim is at center of the cockpit but the aim is actually somewhere underneath the map.

I seem to be unable to make sense of this sentence. Can you clarify?

AMS is useless

unfortunatelly a big part of the Cauldron thinks its good

If it's useless and maybe you are forced by others to use such useless equipment, why are you complaining about AMS here: https://youtu.be/MNb8pvZZUPM ?
