I would like to suggest a Grid Iron IIC variant Hero Mech.
Suggested Hard Points:
4 Energy: R/L Arm, CT

Oof... perhaps flip the Ballistic & Missile HardPoints to the opposite sides, or make it one of each on both sides instead... the insanity of nascar has gone on for too long...
