The February patch did wondrous things for AC/5's and Ultra AC/5's. If you're looking for a mech to take advantage of the new cooldown and jam duration, may I recommend the following:
Jaegermech S with quad AC/5's
Jaegermech DD with triple UAC/5's
Seriously, between the new cooldown stats and their double-ammo quirks, these things just don't stop firing!

Yes, in the Jaeger S, the CASE is in the arms, to prevent an ammo explosion there from reaching the XL engine.
