Since May 1st is the Battle of Tukayyid; will there be an official event of some sort?

I do not think so. FP has less players than it used to have.

Also, those events were very far from perfect.

Nah, that would be a good idea, which PGI frowns upon.

imo, it would be a cool way to start bringing players in/back to the game.. who cares about a 40 dollar pre-odered mech? We need events and community stuff. I DO enjoy the little "events" that are popping up; but.. a REAL event where its a real THING. Like yeah Im so happy I got a gdamn pugdog to sit on my dashboard.. but like.. titles, and forum badges, maybe even by dropping in faction play you attain some small things for just playing the event...

@PGI - Atleast make it seem like you care about the game, and not JUST money. Stop holding color and amusement at ransom, work on giving the community a reason to play your bloody game; other then the fact they've poured money in to it.
