In January, the free mech was on the 7th, in February, the free mech was also on the 7th (I also joined near the end of February), on March, the free mech was on the 8th, so theoretically, by now, the free mech event should be here, but there's no news of it.

quiet you! i'm still trying to get my mech bay and 1000mc from foolish things, but try getting anyone to play objectives these days.........

Yeah, it's frustrating trying to get the 1000mc+MechBay from Foolish Things to do from this weekend for Assault Mode QP.

1. Your remaining Team sometimes chooses QP win by destroying all mechs even after asked to capture enemy base for Assault Mode win. (I suspect that they already have this 1000mc+MechBay reward, so did not want to spend extra time capturing base).

2. That's IF Assault Mode gets chosen.
I've also personally seen sometimes Assault Mode does NOT get chosen, even preferring Skirmish instead of Assault Mode.
(Again, I suspect that they already have this 1000mc+MechBay reward, so did not want Assault Mode!)

[Disclaimer: I've already gotten my 1000mc+MechBay reward within first 4 days of launch, but I still clearly see above (1)+(2) trend sometimes and perhaps frequently happen. It is frustrating.]

Guys, there are SIX (!) Events concurrently happening at the same time as of this writing...
(Folks who qualify for all 6 of these would be jumping up and down in joy!)

And I'm sure the next monthly free mech Event would come soon, with the existing one expiring within days...

There was a reason I wanted to get that one done on the same evening that event went live, week after most likely impossible to do because most of the players have already done it... and it's foolish thing to do in normal circumstances.

As someone who have basically unlimited amount of CB, GXP and got 17k MC sitting on account + owns almost all hero mechs in the game and still I find my self not wanting to play at the moment because there is no new free stuff to unlock atm.

Kinda stupid and weird...

And yeah would be about time to start that April new mech event, almost middle of month already...

im certainly in the no event no progression boat. what the hell can i do with cbills, make my pile bigger?

This game needs better achievements like 1 Billion CB... 2 billion? 5 billion I know some people who are somewhere between 3-4 billion CB .

idk if that would be a draw for me. maybe if the cheevos are obtainable (no bs like death star) and if they come with good prizes. still thats kind of a passive thing that i would only obtain by chance during my usual event play. its not really something id log in for on its own.

I just opened 300 loot bags for a total of 3500 MC. There's my free mech right there, along with several new mechs worth of GSP and 17 days premium time.

But yes, let's complain more. [/sarcasm off]

You only opened them now because I and few others QQed during 8v8 event that it's not cool having 8v8 while trying to get 30000 matchscore for and event at same time and lucky charms got extended by 7 days and you were able to complete it. Sometimes it's worth to QQ.

And now that we started complaining I would like to complain that it is extra long holiday weekend and event would be nice to have.

Personally I'm burnt out from Event-fatigue; I qualified for all six (6) events in March/April (including the Platinum Collection x2, & Bloodname Event).

Lots of MC, Premium Time, GSP, GXP, consumables, CBills, etc.

Anyways, some peace & quiet for now, and am looking forward to the next set of Events!

By the way, there's a MWO Patch scheduled for this coming Tuesday April 19th 2022...
so I'm sure MWO is knocking themselves out sticking with this schedule... right after this
4-day long Easter holiday weekend!
