Game is p2w because camo is OP, I shouldn't have to double check to make sure the red hexagon isn't actually behind the object I'm shooting at. But camo makes it so. If everyone was either bright neon blue or bright neon red than I no have problem, but some time mech be dark or earthy color, then I no see mech clearly and sometimes die. All mech must be same color for equity. Proof me otherwise!

Camo doesn't actually help much with this. The games graphics just makes everything blend into each other.

Its bad design that might be avoided in a new game with a new graphics engine or different use of shaders, but its probably something that'll never change for MWO-

You can make aggressive camo patterns, paint schemes and colors to intimidate people, like animals in nature, wasps and **** :)

Not a bad attempt at trolling but I don't think you'll get many bites.

Dear MWO, I would be willing to pay dearly for an extremely Limited Edition mech cloak camo.
Visually invisible cloak even while moving, but shows up in Thermal vision & shows up in Night vision.

www.sarna.net/wiki/Raptor_II

This extremely Limited Edition mech cloak camo is bound to all variants of a mech chassis, with +30% CBills bonus.
(Similar to that of Platinum Collection mechs).

THEN let folks complaing that this camo is OP ;)

Hiding is for cowards, REAL Mechwarriors paint their rides as garishly as possible to tell everyone where they are, it's the visual version of "f**k around and find out!"

Yep. After a certain range all the mechs take on a darkish grey color anyways unless you zoom in.

We need distress flares, diver down flags, and guys waving orange traffic wands. Because some players zoom their viewscreen in the dropship, and then go through teammates like a bowling ball.

Jokes to the side, there are some paint schemes that are detrimental, especially with sniping being the new meta. I've noticed brightly colored mechs with a high contrast to the background are easier to hit. I also get the feeling that depending on the color scheme I'm using, survivability does go up, or down. I wouldn't say camo is OP, seeing how the default green color is decent, I would say that camo can make a difference though.

Also me no like boom boom bang when I go pew.

I have a few stealth mechs that disagree with you. Been in my raven with a green noce. Sat in viridian bog in a bush and was still able to fire out. No one saw me till i got walked into.

My Flea-20 (Stinger) Is an all black with yellow stripes mech. Solaris City i was running around at the start of a match. Daughter needs my help so i do so. Turn back and the WHOLE ARMY is walking past. Yikes.

Yeah on certain maps you can literally hide in plain sight and they can look right at you and you blend right in. Funny too because they are frantically looking around due to the low signal scrambling their map.
