Just wanted to say that i very appreciate the way the game takes since about the last last 12 month.
Had to laugh about the new "Error 13 Event"
Thanks to the Devs for constantly improving the game

I agree. All the gloom n doom about the new owners is looking to be just that. So far they seem interested in keep the game going and expanding on it even if that expansion isn't big budget. But thats fine. All we really need are new maps and balance tweaks anyways as we already have a zillion mechs and weapons to use on them. That and a push for new blood.

I agree with one caveat, the new maps and rebalancing efforts are enough to keep the game alive on life suffort and appreciated as such.

But for long term viability or revival, we'd desperately need some form of end-game content. So many players who have "completed" quick play quit the game with no meaningful progress to aim at. We'd need a redesign of Faction Play or some sort of ranked mode for players who have gotten good enough to get bored of quick play to progress to. Competitive play serves this role for some, but its accessible mainly to players who are able to dedicate time for practice sessions and scheduled matches, which is absolutely not possible for everyone.
