Not in a good way...

Crazy ingame disconnects today--New Record:

With rolling disconnects, a total of 8-9 players were affected.
Up to SEVEN (7) players disconnect at the same time!

1. Within the first few seconds into QP on Grim Plexus (North American Server)
we have had total FIVE (5) disconnects across both teams.

Some players reconnected.
Still more players disconnected.

2. Eventually, about 2 minutes into this QP game,
we have had total of SEVEN (7) disconnects across both teams.

With rolling disconnects, a total of 8-9 players were affected.
Up to SEVEN (7) players disconnect at the same time!

3. Sorry, should have taken the Game Match ID, but I did not...
(Our side won, simply because we happened to have less player disconnects).

Global internet issues, maybe due to geopolitical events.

Clicking your link gives me nothing to see at this time, not sure why without some serious debugging. Could you please link the image of these May 2022 disconnects directly to the Forums so that there are no hoops to jump through? :(

Err... I've read last week that there's a way to use imagur website to post screenshots?
How do we do this? I want to share this moment with everyone!!

(Sorry, just could not find that forum posting, did try to search for this before posting the original posting in the first place!)

FYI: I've found that uploading an image to Discord, then clicking the image and clicking "open original" brings the image up in a browser window with a web address which can then be copied and pasted into MWO's image upload link for direct posting into the forums.

Why on earth we can't directly upload I'll never understand, because I'm constantly running across images that have been deleted from places like imgur, or photobucket, etc.

The reason behind the "no direct upload" is exactly the same as to why you'll eventually run into broken links with imgur, etc. (even Discord in the long run): Those uploaded pictures / graphics have to be stored somewhere (typically in a database). Enabling direct upload would necessitate PGI to provide that storage space and then implement some form of auto deletion feature that removes "old" data based on last access time and / or general age as per upload date. Right now PGI saves those costs and procedural hassles and leaves that worry to dedicated picture services like imgur et al.

I guess that makes a certain amount of sense, but it in no way alleviates the annoyance of finally finding the issue you're having, only for ALL of the reference material to have been deleted, and the remaining text making absolutely no sense without it.

Super annoyed also that this forum doesn't accept steam screenshots library links.
