As a player, in the drop preparation screen or end of match screen, I'd like to be able to mouse over other player's badges and have a mouse tip tell me what badge it is.

This idea for In-Match Badge Tooltips sounds like a simple Quality-Of-Life Change which could be implemented in short order by PGI's MWO Team Developers and made available in a standard Monthly Patch to players. You can most definitely have my...
