Yet the Omnipod quirk bonus is not conditionally applied. It doesn't matter if the arm is intact or not, you always get the bonus.
I'm with you, tho, the bonus of a TC should be shown in the mechlab. I think they just don't have the means to do so.
The thing is, this was not introduced with the may patch and therefore should be discussed elsewhere.
