UI scaling is also messed up post-patch - has been reported.

In particular the mech select field is now cut down to 3 columns, but the buttons on top and the search part top remain scaled to a 4-column field.

This specifically affects 1600x900, which is also the largest 16:9 resolution that MWO offers. Other 16:9, 16:10, 5:4 or 4:3 resolutions are not affected.

Played 3 games post patch, and I must admit it "feels" like the weapons are doing less damage over time.

It is not a video card age issue, this time.
Did a little troubleshooting:
  • here is a clue for devs
  • same mech, same testing ground map
  • got 80% FPS drop just by switching loadout through a profile load
  • got 80% improvement by going back to the original profile

Gettings massive FPS drops after the patch, it goes all the way down to 17fps. I've tried downgrading quality to High, and Medium...neither helped. I am running a 6700xt with the latest Driver 22.5.2.

Have a 3700x and 64gigs of DDR4 3600, shouldn't be a performance issue due to my hardware as I run TinyTina's Wonderlands at High and get 112fps avg

yeah please fix the skill tree issue,
i cant save or adjust the skill tree on most of my assault mechs,
and i have a comp event this weekend (T.T)

Fairly easy to know if you unpack it. It's the third folder in it sorted by name that's new. The required xml file to fully use that folder was on the PTS, but wasn't rolled out with the patch.

not 2 frames but fps has dropped to around 12 fps from a steady 80-90

Most people are skilling skeletal density and armor hardening now, maybe that's why it feels like that.

The quick play down arrow button no longer works meaning one cannot select which servers they want to use.

Heatsinks do not show the bonuses of quirks and skills. Heat capacity and dissipation rates can be boosted by quirks and skills.

Never was. The modifier has always been applied only in a live match/training ground. Reason for this is that the bonus is only in effect as long as the TC is functional.

That magically worked for me - though it broke again as soon as I went into the mech lab and testing ground.

On a separate matter mouse sensitivity seems very different or torso twisting is faster. Anyone else found this?

Platinum 3 'Mechs have no default preview image. It just says "LOADING IMAGE" forever.

While I understand the beam range boost of a targetting computer has never been shown in the mech lab - it is abundantly clear that it should be.

The mechlab shows the undamaged state of a mech. As another example, consider a clan omnipod mech that has range quirks in one of its arms. Cleary the range quirk should be shown on the weapons in the mech lab, even though the arm, and affected weapons there, can be lost in a game.

Yet the Omnipod quirk bonus is not conditionally applied. It doesn't matter if the arm is intact or not, you always get the bonus.
I'm with you, tho, the bonus of a TC should be shown in the mechlab. I think they just don't have the means to do so.
The thing is, this was not introduced with the may patch and therefore should be discussed elsewhere.

Has anyone actually managed to get an event game on the oceanic server yet?
i have tried to get a game during both daytime and evening hours to no avail and just get never ending searches?
