I bought MW5 Merc off GoG and now the DLC Call to Arms.
I can't figure out via GoG how to install it.
Any clues would be appreciated.

You are using Windows 10/11 on your computer, right?

I did buy another game via GOG.com for its DRM-free & forever yours even after MW5 server shutdown...
Here's how I installed my other game (not MW5):

(Plan to buy MW5 from GOG.com all in one go in the future, preferably with Clan mechs!)

In GOG.com
~Login
~Click [Games]
~Select [MW5:Mercenaries]
~Click [Game_Download_via_GOG_Galaxy_and_Install_Now]

Or: Click [Download_Offlline_Backup_Game_Installer] for storing complete game installer onto your PC.

After that, and in a similar manner, click/installer in this order:
~Click/Install [MW5:Call_To_Arms] and/or any other MW5 DLC pack addon(s)
