Update- Had the pleasure of sending in one of the first tickets. Haven't received a response past the automated message reply. Sent a couple tweets along to devs last night & got a reply this morning. They are aware of the issue but don't have a fix for it as of yet.

Likely won't see a fix until monday at the earliest.

Same here, 2 accounts on four (4) PCs tested and positively and reliably failed to log in every time.
I blame Putin, Yelzin, Stalin, Trump, Biden, Obama, climate change + global warming, SARS-COV2, the Old Gods and the New, both the sunrise and the sunset and the chocolate, that also just failed me.

You may need to wait as the error created somehow by the developers. Error 13 is an installation\uninstallation error connected to DLLs and mostly registry entires try to find and run those files but can not. Someone tinkered with core files and made some bug. Do not stand on one leg 'till they fix it as it may take even hours if not days...
