reset date to 06/16 at you pc uncheck auto date from internet and the game works

well i fixed the log in with reset as told by this one guy but ingame its so laggy for me, unplayble atm.

Just managed to login without changing system settings. They have an update that you can do on steam page that lets you login successfully now.

for me id get to login, and get err 13 no game.
was able to fix it by uninstalling the game, then run launcher to reinstall
no more error 13 for me
win 10, control panel->programs->uninstall
didnt even have to reboot
