From my expierince, PGI Doesn't listen to it's forum, Dunno what the purpose of it is.... they care more about thier twitter or instagram... I hope i'm wrong but i've yet to see evidence of the latter.

Yup confirmed - it works at least as far as the main inventory screens. Matchmaking appears to be screwed though and changing the date on your system kind of messes up a few other things (like secure websites).

Turned off automatic date/time, set the time back 2 days and login possible. Not many other players online though so still pointless at the moment.

I would suggest that all who want to play, sets the PC date to the 16th and logs in. After having logged in, you can reset to the correct system time. Currently the matchmaker takes too long, but if enough players login and try to get into a game, the shorter the waiting time will be. Special thanks to MrFlawlessCool and pwnfred !

+1 here. still happening as of 11:30am Canadian mountain time.

truly disappointing start to my fathers day. the one day off i get all month is kind of a wash now. the day drinking, robot shooting combo just isn't the same with MW5. guess ill do yard work to justify my noon o'clock beer instead? guessing we wont see a response from the devs until after the weekend at this point. i get it, weekend & fathers day, but still leaves a sour taste in my mouth that we couldn't at least have had SOMETHING in terms of communication about this. even a "hey shits broke, we don't know why. we're all out of town right now sorry. will fix on Monday when back in office." would've been reassuring and appreciated.

i propose that all dads affected by this be compensated with a cold beer from the devs in return for lack of communication.

EDIT: someone else figured out a work around. set your computers date manually to the 16th. whoever found this, you are an absolute legend. i tip this beer to you grand sir! day drinking, ahoy!!!!!!

We just need to find a way to get some lobbies going

Quikplay and CF will not do it
