OOPS... this is a mechbay mech loadout error... and is not a MWO game client login error...
sorry for the inconvenience caused!
Suggest you contact MWO support, they are usually very fast and courteous!
accounts@mwomercs.com, support@mwomercs.com
Good luck!
(Error Codes 35, 50, 63, these are all very similars, probably something to do with MWO server DNS...)
sorry for the inconvenience caused!

Strip the mech of everything including armor. Save it. Now try to refit it. Sometimes there is an armor bug that screws up the loadouts so you have to reset the mech to its most basic form.

Thank you gentlemen, those suggestions helped get it fixed.
Hopefully this post will help some other people down the road.

Had same error yesterday I think.
It was the ammo for and AC which I was replacing with uAC, so I also needed to replace the ammo. Two slots in the right torso, sorry, but don't remember the mech name (it was IS, not a Clan one). I was able to put the replacement ammo near the problematic one (not sure if I played like this).
Not sure about solution, I think I was saving and loading it, or saving, stripping and loading? Sorry, not sure...
