Greetings,

I am trying to save new loadouts in my mechs and every time I click save it tells me error 35 please inform support if this continues.

So here I am, can anyone help?

Thank you,
DOMINUS

OOPS... this is a mechbay mech loadout error... and is not a MWO game client login error...
sorry for the inconvenience caused!

Suggest you contact MWO support, they are usually very fast and courteous!

accounts@mwomercs.com, support@mwomercs.com

Good luck!

(Error Codes 35, 50, 63, these are all very similars, probably something to do with MWO server DNS...)

Strip the mech of everything including armor. Save it. Now try to refit it. Sometimes there is an armor bug that screws up the loadouts so you have to reset the mech to its most basic form.

What mech was it? It may have been due to a past change in a particular chassis or mech.

Had same error yesterday I think.
It was the ammo for and AC which I was replacing with uAC, so I also needed to replace the ammo. Two slots in the right torso, sorry, but don't remember the mech name (it was IS, not a Clan one). I was able to put the replacement ammo near the problematic one (not sure if I played like this).
Not sure about solution, I think I was saving and loading it, or saving, stripping and loading? Sorry, not sure...
