Embarrassing question: I would like to understand more about Crits from LB 5-X Autocanons, for both IS & Clan factions.
Q1: Is it a guaranteed (ie: 100% chance) crit hit when LB 5-X hits naked mech structure with no armor?
Q2: Or, is it a X% chance of crit hit when LB 5-X hits naked mech structure with no armor?
If so, what is this X% chance? And does this X% chance change with LB 2-X, LB 10-X, LB 20-X ?

It’s an X percent chance. And the pellets strike separately, so if 3 pellets from an LBX/5 hit the same unarmored location on a target, it’s X percent chance rolled 3 times.
