hello there

I completed the last part of the free mech event (first event i completed sorry for the futur dumb question) : i didn't get the 2 mec (i clicked on redeem like the rest of the rewards, wich it seems i got) : is it a long time waiting or do i have to contact support ?

Did you get your reward yet?

1. If you redeem your Event rewards from mwomercs.com webpage, it can take up to 30 minutes to get it, and you might even need to log out / log in for your MWO game client (program) to trigger reward injection!

2. Better method and more consistent, for your infomation:
Next time while inside your MWO game client mechlab, press the "E" on the bottom of the screen, and select [Active_Events],
go to your Event with rewards, press [Redeem].

You almost get instantaneous reward injection using above (2) method!

i redeem it from this page at 11PM (french time) and send this message at around 2 or 3AM (french time) (so i waited 3 or 4hours before writing this message)

That's why i think, a problem happened since i didn't received the 2 mech from september event.

anyway you could close this subjet : now (12H later) the 2 mech are in my mechlab i think the time was a little longer than usual. (but i didnt get any notification, they just appear when i checked one minute ago)

Yeah, this happens sometimes. I have experienced it too once or twice.

Although the events tab on top of the mwomercs.com and game home page screens do not agree, it is otherwise clear that when PGI is giving away prizes, it is called a CONTEST. If you have to click somewhere special to get it and it breaks the matchmaker, it is called an EVENT.
