Has anyone experienced a loss of key bindings lately?

The last update, few weeks ago, I lost key bindings. Specifically, I always run the repair tool, which may have did it, although the "clean profile" option is unchecked. I redid the key bindings, and made a mental note to backup before the next update.

This week, I did an update, having backed up the 'C:\Users\Antony\Saved Games\MechWarrior Online\Profiles\warner2' profile first. However, on starting the game, no key bindings. Looking at the files in the warner2 profile, my key bindings are not saved there. Playing around a bit, I see now that if I redo key bindings they are being saved into C:\Users\Antony\Saved Games\MechWarrior Online\Profiles\default, however on restarting the game, the key bindings are lost again, and the default profile has been reset.

This definitely seems to be a recent thing - I've played for years and this has only started happening on the last two updates, with the most recent behaviour (of using/wiping the default profile) after this weeks update.

Anyone else?

Everything O.K. here. I have not touched my key bindings for years.

But after reading your post, I made a backup of my key bindings.

I've been using my same old MWO keybind files for 2 years on my (newer) computer now...
Using Steam MWO version, if that makes any difference...

You've seem to have gotten your MWO Installer (not Steam MWO) keybind info correct, and here it is again as below...

Find your custom settings here:
C:\users\username\saved games\Mechwarrior Online\profiles

~You can also copy the above *entire* [Profiles] folder to your new computer and all your settings would be there.

Weapongroups.xml ==> holds your weapon group bindings

Attributes.xml ==> holds your game settings
