Hello everyone!

This post has one incredibly silly question.

Do I need to log into the game before November 24th to get my loot bag rewards? I have already opened all of them in the tournaments menu shortly after discovering that they exist, but it seems like none of the rewards have been transferred to my account yet.

I'd be thankful if anybody can answer this brief question!

HMM just log in the game, or you totaly missed them coming in, ANSWER yes you must log in the GAME.

If you opened the Loot Bags and got some rewards like MCs, C-Bills, Premium Time, etc., but those rewards have not shown up on your account, you should contact the MWO Support service. Use this e-mail:

1. Remember to redeem your Trick Or Treat 2022 loot bags by 24-Nov-2022 4:00pm PST (24-Nov-2022 23:59pm UTC), or they would be forfeit!

Note that there are two (2) separate tabs of loot bags, one for Phase 1, and another tab for Phase 2 loot bags!

2. Please also remember to redeem your other bonuses from both of these two webpages:

(Even better: goto MechLab, press the "E" on the bottom of the MechLab, select the Event(s) for much quicker redemption!)

3. You should receive a popup dialogue box right after you've logged into MWO game program, showing you what you've earned & received into your account, to which you press "OK".

I will log into the game today and see if I have received the rewards.

If your question is, once you open the loot bags on the webpage before the deadline do you have to also log into the game before that deadline, I believe the answer is "no." The actual redemptions in-game should be queued up for whenever you next log in. I've definitely gotten delayed rewards like this, though I can't recall if it was within any kind of deadline for a loot bag event so I'd say I'm 98% sure. These redemptions used to trigger a popup box in the game whenever redeemed, but it seems that has been turned off so it's silent, probably because it got annoying if you redeemed them as you played.
