Hmmm... For anyone who would ask if there is a "Gift" button displayed up-front on the page, there does not appear to be one. If my memory serves me correctly, this was one thing which people were asking for being capable of doing before.

I know a few pilots I'd love to gift a few Hero mechs to. This is a feature I would love to see for next year's dropship deals, if possible, please! PGI stands to make more $$$ with Gifting options

First you have to select the appropriate HOLIDAY HEROES tab:
2 for $14
3 for $18
4 for $20
