Where exactly is it?

I've bought two of the 100 GSP that are in the main store page because its 50% off.

I do not see a 200 GSP pack there or anywhere.
Its listed on the lootbag event to get extra goodie bags, but I can't find it.

Conversion on gxp is harsh 500 gxp for 1 sp last time I looked.
