I hope someone can provide me with an answer to this as I'm completely stumped and can't deploy the mech in question due to an Alert thar won't disappear. I've had quite a while away from the game and used to play this setup regularly but now it doesn't even save anything I change to it because of the Alert.
The Alert says that my mech has an invalid loadout but I can't see where. Maybe someone here can tell me why.
The mech is a Stalker STK-5M and the load out is as follows:-
Head - Command Console, 21 points of Armour
Right Arm - 2x Medium Laser, 1x Double Heatsink, 66 points of Armour
Right Torso - 1x LRM20 + Artemis, 3 1/2 tons of Artemis ammo, 85 points front armour, 20 points of rear Armour
Centre Torso - Standard Engine 255, 1 x Medium Laser, 108 points of front Armour, 25 points of rear Armour
Left Torso - 1 x LRM20 + Artemis, 4 tons of Artemis ammo, 85 points of front Armour, 20 points of rear Armour
Left Arm - 2 x Medium Laser, 1 x Double Heatsink, 66 points of Armour
Right Leg - 2 tons of Artemis ammo, 70 points of Armour
Left Leg - 2 tons of Artemis ammo, 69 points to of Armour
If anyone can tell me what's wrong there then I would love to know.

There was a major quirk pass and the Stalker was one of the mechs affected. Remove all the armor, save the mech, put all the armor back on, save again. Error should be gone.

MWO/Cauldron Ma'2021 patch had significantly increased the Stalker chassis' arms (both armor + structure).

Stalker is by no means the only chassis positively affected, but it's one of the more popular chassis, hence more noticeable!
My personal favorite change is the Fafnir, with its CT/LT/RT much more tankier after the Oct'2021 patch!

They've already answered it but for clarity, the Stalker (and a few other mechs like the Jenner) had some armor numbers moved from its arms to its side torsos, prior to the introduction of quirks. That specific change was rolled back over a year ago so now the base armor values are back to normal and quirks are used to compensate. That's likely the invalid loadout error cause. As stated above, just strip armor, save, then reapply and that should fix it up. If that's not it, please let us know and share your full build with a screenshot.
