Hi there, returning player here. I went ahead and redownloaded the Steam version, bought Blight yesterday and got the mech. However the steam package says that it should come with 3k MC as well as some other goodies but I haven't gotten that 3000 MC yet. Is the MC locked behind the mini-battlepass or should it have come through with the mech?

Yes, you have one chance of accessing the Legend Battlepass for your Legendary Mech, whether you've bought it on STEAM or MWO!

Just click on the Legendary Mech that you've owned, and you can see/redeem what you have earned, including the 3000 MC that you would eventually earn!
(Only Legendary Mechs bought with real world money gives you access to the Battlepass)
