Can't you switch up the map rotation so the best map isn't on the first day, which is also a mid-weekday - a lot of us have jobs.

What would it take to be able to have random maps in Event Queue? I realize that's a programming task. At the very least, I think I'd like to see map rotation every hour to keep it fresh, but I get the impression that setting up Event Queue is a manual process, and switching maps might ruin matches that cross over the boundary? Not sure what that impact is. Or, the alternative to randomly picking is if it rotated through a map list for each match it creates, kinda how FP works or worked.

When I saw announcement, was hoping for an 8v8 queue, medium mechs only. Switch between IS only, Clan only, drop decks.

Oh well, enjoy.

I've been mentioning this quite a bit. Can you please x3 or even x2 the match score? If you are trying to grind to get the free mech event these events will not do it. They routinely offer about 300-500 match score for roughly 20 ish minutes. I LOVE these events but when trying to grind I typically don't do these because I can do much more match score, quicker with QP.

This is unlikely, as yes each event is setup manually.

Once a month, on the weekend before the patch, we're doing a Solaris event. I will try to work in a medium 'Mech only event in soon!

One thing to note: if you can complete any kind of a drop-deck based match with only a single one of your 'mechs, and do really well, you can get insane amounts of match score (I've seen match scores close to 2000, before) for that same 20 minute match. Match score is calculated based on your performance, then divided by the number of 'mechs you used.

Hey Daeron are Flamers gonna be adjusted for the event?? Putting them into old Solaris rules, because having them do heat damage like normal mode makes these Solaris events not fun as it just turns into a low skill flamer brawl most of the time.

If you get shut down by flammers in a 1vs1 match you are clearly doing a lot of things wrong.
