looks like something worng.
1. 13 pacakge missing.
2. 13.5 package provide 4 mechs. but other .5 package provied 2~3 mechs

I personally think that this should have been called the IS Platinum Collection 13 (and not 13.5), sticking with the naming convention of all previous Platinum Collection packs.

Anyways, IS Platinum Collection 13.5 has 4x mechs, and gives you the full suite of cockpit bonus items.
ie: 2x CBills bonus hanging cockpit items, total of +10% CBills bonus total.
ie: 2x XP bonus hanging cockpit items, total of +10% XP bonus total.
