[AC37]

Hello, so I can't seem to figure out how to get into the Loyalty program for redemption...it looks like the 2022 window's closed but 2023 hasn't opened yet? I know almost nothing about loyalty and I'm having trouble finding anything about it online. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

You must wait 'till december or such (november's middle). Then PGI would announce the Loyalty stuff...
Nothing fancy, play lots of games and buy something (MC, mechpack) for real money. Usually these are the eligibility passes for the (L) free mechs.

Any purchase since the end of 2022's loyalty window will count towards 2023's window. The loyalty mechs and tiers of the program are only announced towards the end of the year, however. You can make a reasonable guess that newer Platinums and Legendary mechs will play some role.

(Whilst past Loyalty reward announcements does not guarantee the future is the same,
it does serve as an indication of the possible [maybe perhaps] 2023 Loyalty Programme details,
which is just guesswork right now!)

My own personal observations:

1) MWO always have a buy MC reward each year

2) Recently in 2022, MWO had relaxed the requirements, buying the Ultimate tier of the US$70+ packs is no longer required for the IS Reward, or the Clan Reward.
eg:
For Marauder Premium [Mech] Pack, you can just buy the US$40 Collectors Pack tier, and no need to buy the US$70 Ultimate Pack tier to qualify for the IS Reward, at least for 2022.
~These US$70+ Premium [Mech] Packs are sometimes on 30% Off sale in Dec/Apr/Aug each year.

3) This year's Legendary Mechs would replace the Booster Packs from 2021/2022, one for IS, one for Clan.

4) I personally think that MWO is working on a new mech chassis (similar to the Crusader in 2022), which may well count towards the 2023 MWO Loyalty Reward Programme

The OP might be mixing up Loyalty with Legendary, given the recent Legendary announcements and rebrand. They're two different things. Here's the link about the new Legendary program: https://mwomercs.com...-and-web-store/ The others above answered about the annual loyalty program already. It's a very good chance that any new (or newish) mech pack you purchase on the website will have some kind of reward. There should also be one for just playing 100 matches this year.
