Will it someday become possible to purchase a Dreadnought War Horn and use it on
another mech?

Some of the Warhorns that you can buy with MC from the [Mechlab]>>[Cockpit]>>[Mounted] are from premium mech packs from years ago. And that is the point. That's years from now.

I also wish to buy more "Enhanced Imaging" warhorns from the 2021 Warden Booster Pack that I've already bought, but there is no way for me to buy more! I would love to buy with MC for all of my 10+ favorite (Assault) mechs that I normally play with!

In fact, one (1) [just one] "Smoke Screen" warhorm from the 2021 Stryker Booster Pack had just been offered away in the current April 2022 Operation Widowmaker April 2022 free mech Event! This warhorn is cool too!
Edit: Operation Widowmaker April 2022 Event would end very soon!

So never say never, but that's a long time away from now according to normal MWO practices, and I wouldn't hold my breath.

~wish to buy Juggernaut Warhorn with MC (Fafnir Juggernaut mech pack)

If you buy the Legendary Dreadnought pack and unlock the horns you can use them on any mech.

Thanks for the answers. The only problem is if I buy the legendary Dreadnought I'll have to play it And I SUCK in big mechs. Sometimes I do OK in medium class mechs. So it looks like I'll have to grind 6000 XP to get the warhorn That might take a year haha!
OK, just bought the Dreadnought. Things we'll do for a warhorn

Its a pretty mobile mech for its size, at least medium mech speed.

Not really, it goes 60-70kph with the usual engines.
But its pretty nimble for the tonnage, it doesn't feel like an assault mech.
