An alternative variant that fires a single rocket rather than a swarm, maybe add 0.5 tonnes to them and an extra slot family..

Just just so the clan srm artic wolf and be happy with it theres no need for a one time shot thing to have multiple reloads... it's fine as is

Hmm... I'm not being clear enough...want I mean is for pgi to add a version of the RL that doesn't have such broad spread damage.

It sounds to me that you want a RL that Streams like Clan LRMs instead of Swarming like IS LRMs..
