What happened to the 2nd mid week event you said was coming this week before the solaris event?

Daeron stated on July 13th - "Elaborate a little. There will be another 2-day Event Queue next midweek in between the this weekend's Faction Play event, and next weekend's Event Queue Solaris mode. Most Event Queue events are restricted."

Oof, I was kind of camping the website waiting for EQ this week, but I guess Solaris enjoyers will have fun.
IMHO, Event Queue is GigaMegaUltra Fun, Solaris is maybe, sort of fun like once a year, and Faction is pretty fun when it's mostly puggy, and pretty unfun when it's full of groups. Not trying to sound entitled or whatever, just some feedback since Event Queue seems to be becoming pretty rare, in favor of less fun, regularly scheduled stuff.
My 2 cents at least.

Dunno about the EQ but I did need a MCII-B and kind of want a Scorch, though that might be my freebie from the Beach Party.

Yay, another Solaris event. The game mode that very few people played when it had its own queue is now taking away EQ events that are actually fun and people want to play.

I was looking forward to the mid week event. Instead all we get is Solaris, the solo mode of a multiplayer game.

Unless they forget to launch that too.

Look I get it managing a community is difficult but it seems to be your job. Timely notice for events in the many ways you have to notify the community as well as keeping on top of properly reporting what events will be upcoming. People schedule their real lives in order to make time for events. Please respect your players time by properly reporting events.

Bit of a miss to not have the Stone Rhino up for the first 1v1 with assaults, but sometimes that is just how it be.

Lowkey worried about the SRO getting delayed at this point though... We had pictures of the Crusader cockpit and in game by now when that dropped but still only have the SRO artwork...

I love the Scorch. Imho, artemis isn't worth it. Dropping artemis lets you upgrade the engine and take more ammo (particularly lbx which lets you skirmish more at range early on before comitting.)

let me drop a 1v1 then.
while a 1v2 is entertaining, a 1v3 that should have been a 2v2 is just annoying.
