Sounds a lot like ATMs to be honest. And anyway considering how worthless any type of streaks are at the moment I doubt few people would use them. Streaks as a whole needs a revamp before new variants are added.

Considering the stupid lack of arc that Clan-LRMs have, I believe that they should be reworked before the introduction of Streak-LRMs. If a 'Mech is standing behind cover that is relatively similar in height to it, IS LRMs will rain down and hit it decently well, but Clan LRMs will be severely blocked.
