Voting with you wallet is the best thing that you can do. If you do not like the price, just do not buy the product.

I presume that it was the Marauder II (100 tons) and not Marauder (75 tons). Or was it Marauder IIC (85 tons)?

Marauder 2 and i think the IIC

Too true! Some people are better adapted to light or medium play style, others to heavy and assault and then there are the ones that can play them all equally well. I personally prefer to play lights. I like the fast and agile mechs, but I have been trying out the SR-6 and OMG! The firepower and heat it generates! I got surprised by a mech coming around a corner and alpha'd all my lasers. *BOOM* Cooked myself! The assault play style takes some getting used to. You also need to skill it up. Start with Armor Hardening and Skeletal Density.

Don't give up on them just because you aren't used to playing them.

I think people don't get my point. I have a few Assaults that I do like. However its been a long time since weve seen any new... NEW. new chassis. not just hero mechs of what we already have.

I got excited for new mechs and maps and I was made to regret it. My point is that I'm not splashing my cash on their Assaults anymore. Im happy to give PGI money this game has been great for 11 years. But I'm done buying **** I dont want hoping that next round ill get a medium or a new light or a heavy with a little speed or interesting hardpoints.

however they seem more interested in Assaults.

I don't recall a new one in the light category, but the Hatchetman (medium) was added November of 2022, and the Crusader (heavy) in June of 2022. The Crusader in particular is a fast and pretty brutal brawler across most of its variants.
