How about make every player do the NDA, If he is caught cheating you sue him plain and simple. This makes the game worthy of good players only. No one will risk to hack.

Necropost? At least someone used the search function...

Anyway, the devs said most stuff is serverside, so we probably won't see any (ingame) hacks.

I really think betwen themselves and our input this is going to be relatively hack free. With a reporting system that is both fast and efficiently monitored.

The cheating in MW mercs was what ended the whole thing for me.I hoped that in todays technology, that could be held down to a minimum.I have seen already what I think is different forms of cheating in MWO ,but I cant prove anything, nor will I waste much time complaining about it.This is a great game people, but remember this,if a group of non communicaters drop with no plan or stratagy, and the other team has a plan, and a leader, you will get ***** to pieces.

I think the best way to prevent cheating is to make it so that there are no huge rewards in the F2P game. Don't make it P2W and therein people will have no point to cheat.

Most cheats and Hacks do it for the giggles they get thinking they have somehow over come some large barrier placed just for them to try. Gold farming is stupid as well, with enough you can BUY "everything". When you do actually have "everything" then what? Get your friends "everything" to. Then what?

Those who do not play games for the entertainment value will always exist. The less of them we have to face in MWO the better. The Dev are acutely aware of that and are/will take measures to assure that those who do play their game for the FUN, will have as clean an environment as possible. Hard to ask for more than that from them, don't you think.
