You don't. No matter how many cooldown nodes you select, the value will be capped at 100% regardless, and you waste skill nodes you can spend on other stuff.
Also, at 100% the laser sound will start to drive you mad. There is a reason for 99.9%

It will be around 13.9 maximum with an LPL with max duration nodes.

Note that the duration quirk on the Jenner is +20%. A positive number, which increases the burn duration of lasers.

Yes. It'll take a day to register, but yes, those count against qualifying. However, I may be wrong. Check with Support.

I think I get what you're trying to do with that sad Jenner, I imagine one would see a constant laser stream coming out of it... But c'mon, once the meme loses it's novelty (and it will pretty soon since this is basically the standard version of an X pulse afaik) that's gotta easily be the worst mech ever released on MWO, even the Spider 5V is laughing at it.
This is a reward mech for people dedicated enough to spend money on the game, and PGI has wisely added hardpoints to bad mechs in the past, like the Cicada 2A for example... I think you should add more energy hardpoints to make it at least somewhat useful once the meme build gets boring.

EDIT: And yes I know it's lore accurate, but that didn't stop the devs in the past hence why I mentioned the Cicada.

It's Meme Machine loyalty mechs this year and I'm all for it.

The closest we'll come to a Fire Moth on this engine, though I wouldn't have said no to this Piranha having 2 energy and 2 missile hardpoints or something like that.
The already running Ice Fridge is now running even faster.
An Adder with more machine guns than it knows what to do with. Unfortunately for this one, it will be hard pressed to bring those weapons to bear for long on that slow chassis in this meta of mega pinpoint peak and poke.
The continuous laser tickler Jenner.
And the Grinner. Would go great with some unique chassis only bolt-ons that gave it more of that pointed look on Sarna.

The game isn't about lore, though. And if you want your lore variants you get the Jenner A, wolfhound, and ferret.

You could not be more incorrect. The WLF-C is a Clan BattleMech, just like Gausszilla. For that matter, just like the two UrbanMech IICs as well, which were released with reused UrbanMech assets rather than their own distinct appearance aside from camospec.

And yes, the WLF-C is, insofar as gameplay limitations allow, the Wolfhound IIC; the canon version of Grinner after it was rebuilt by Clan Wolf.

Read the WLF-C description again, where the word CLAN is repeated multiple times. They could not have typed more CLAN, and C-XXX if they wanted to, lol.
