Greetings, Mechwarriors!
I quit the game 6 years ago in frustration and for lack of time. I just re-installed this week.
Reading through the forum here now, it looks like those same frustrations are still present - diminished player base, seal clubbing in faction play, and long queue times to get a match.
Regardless, I missed this game and will soon have some major time on my hands (retirement) to enjoy the carnage again, for better or for worse.

Welcome back! Was gone about five years myself until '23. Yeah nothing's really changed. Everyone's upset. Everyone's opinions are better than everyone else's. War never changes.

Welcome back! Some problems persist. But mech and weapon balance and variety has come a long way.

welcome back, yeah same old same old. some of the balance has improved but in other cases it has gotten worse. (certain weapons nerfed into the ground because the balancing people just don't like them)
so yeah hope you enjoy your return and congrats on the retirement. hope you managed to have a had a job that gives you good retirement benefits
